5. Therapeutic Mix

Custom blend — usually aromatherapy plus targeted release work on whatever the guest names as the priority area. Pressure is medium with deep moments at the named spots. Best for office workers with a specific complaint.

6. Aerial Stretching

The therapist uses their own body weight to lift and extend the guest's limbs through a fuller range of motion than the guest can reach unassisted. Looks dramatic; in practice, it's controlled and slow. Best for runners and guests with limited mobility.
