Choosing a Branch — Lat Phrao, Sukhonthasawat or Thonglor
Three Bangkok male spa branches, three different neighborhoods. A practical guide.
The flagship Bangkok male spa group runs three branches, and they're more different than the address book suggests. The therapy is the same standard everywhere; the journey there and the room atmosphere are not.
Lat Phrao 91 — the original
Tucked just inside Soi Lat Phrao 91. Quiet residential street, easy on-soi parking, the largest rooms of the three branches. If you want a long session (90 or 120 min), a foot-bath ritual before, and a slow walk-out, this is the right room. Most repeat guests choose this branch because the entrance feels less rushed.
Travel: 7 minutes by car from MRT Lat Phrao.
Sukhonthasawat — the local secret
This branch is most often recommended by Bangkok residents who already know one of the therapists. It sits inside Premium Place 9, a low-rise gated community. Rooms are smaller but the atmosphere is the most private of the three. Fewer foreign guests means the booking calendar is usually open at short notice.
Travel: 10 minutes from MRT Lad Pla Khao; secure parking inside the gate.
Thonglor 23 — the city centre option
The Sukhumvit branch fits most travelers because it's the closest to BTS. Walk five minutes from BTS Thonglor exit 3 and you're at the door. Rooms are stylised, the lighting is the warmest of the three, and late-evening slots fill up first. Best paired with dinner on Thonglor or a stay at the surrounding hotels.
Travel: 5 min walk from BTS Thonglor exit 3; parking very limited.
The therapist question
Most therapists rotate between Lat Phrao 91 and Sukhonthasawat. Thonglor 23 has its own resident team. If you've found a therapist by name, message us first — we'd rather move your booking by half an hour than send you to a branch where your favourite isn't on shift.
